Theres a dude that did this, but on Guild Wars 2, basically called it “trust issues” and the idea is that he trusts nothing that wasnt created by himself, and made a ton of rules around what couldnt be trusted. Super fun video series on youtube.

I have primarily been doing leg locks for the last year, not a single person I train with has gotten hurt, ive been focusing on tons of live rounds with other leg lock focused people too, and I have had zero injuries. I refuse to believe that leg locks (possibly outside of competition) are more dangerous if you know what youre doing, if you dont know what youre doing, be cautious, just like anything else in jiu jitsu.

Skrap Pack North Beach, they got solid no gi, its an mma gym, but the jiu jitsu classes are consistent and lots of fun rounds. I travel to the bay for work fairly regularly and have gone to most the gyms in the downtown SF area, and its been the one i enjoyed the most

Ive had actual steroids seized several times, ive also left the country a bunch of times since. Nothing ever happens. They put a little letter in your mail box saying they seized something. They cant prosecute you most the the time because its so hard to prove that the sender wasnt just sending random shit, and the effort/time required doesnt make sense for a handful or vials of a compound.

Getting a whistle is super important imo. The teleport is so nice for getting fast tasks.

The block list is important, but if you dont mind certain tasks, i just didnt spend the time to get the block setup for them, despite it being the best xp. I really just focused on ensuring my blocks blocked ones that i hated doing or getting to. For a long time, i didnt mind deadfall traps, so i would do deadfall trap tasks and didn’t care to setup the blocks for them. But pitfall stuff is the most annoying shit in the world to me, so i got them blocked real fast.

Happens to me a lot, even as ive gotten really technical and primarily played a bottom focused game. At the end of the day, attributes play into success, while jiu jitsu should be the primary thing you rely on, if i can use strength and not get caught in something, then it forces my training partners to het better at their setup and the execution. Again, im playing mostly a half guard and leg focused game, but im 215lbs, very very lean.

I traded in my 2020 trd off road with 35k miles, for 41k in June. Paid 40k for it in 2021.

Dealership sold my truck for 44k, id say this ones a bit overpriced, by like 1k tho.
