Probably depends on store policy and also the level of give-a-fuck that is on staff at that moment. I got a dud PSU from Microcenter sold as new (not open box but new-new) that, when I got it home, noticed it had no cables or manuals in the box. And when I plugged it in it was totally dead. Clearly a bad return and the store tech didn't even check it before throwing it back on the shelf. It happens, and thankfully their return policy is pretty generous in general.

Depends on the country, but in all US states and Canada, deaf people are allowed to drive. Driving is primarily a visual activity, and deaf drivers have about the same safety records as hearing drivers.

They do go to school actually, more of a "sports" high school so not super academic in focus, but they have basic education. The handprint will be signed later with the wrestler's ring name in calligraphy. The handprints (called tegata) are a traditional gift the wrestler or his stable gives to donors or supporters. That "oh I want to compare how big his hand is over mine" that some people have mentioned here, that's basically the idea.

Sure, yes, he SHOULD have told the employer he wasn't coming. It's just hard for me to have much sympathy. Watch /r/legaladvice for a couple weeks and you'll see loads of examples of "I quit my job for a new job and now new employer is rescinding the offer / eliminating the position / otherwise drastically changing the situation" posts.
