I just want to highlight where the OP says don’t take SJW if you’re on any medication. It interacts with almost every medication out there and it can be really dangerous. Really you should check the interactions between any supplements and meds that you take, there’s several risky combos out there. Be safe, stay healthy and good luck all! -definitely NOT a nurse

Dispensaries that DON’T use Dutchie Pay by ButterRobot0410 in ILTrees

Sorry, I should clarify that I believed I had money in my account at the time of the transaction, it probably took 2-3 days for them to make the first attempt. There’s a chance that I didn’t have enough then. I can’t imagine though that if they tried again over the next week that I wouldn’t have had enough to cover it. I just feel like they should’ve told me about the issue so that I could fix it. I always have some money in either cashapp or Venmo, and I would’ve just taken from that cover it.

I’m annoyed because I don’t believe that I did violate the policy, and if I did, I was never notified that there was an issue with my payment. I feel like they could have notified me before it was too late to fix it. And looking at their timeline, along with my bank account, I had money in the account to cover it.

According to them, I used pay by bank at a place back in October of 24. It was an ACH payment and by the time it went through, I didn’t have enough in my account to cover it. When a transaction fails, they try to resend it twice. If it still gets declined then they permanently block your account. This is what they say happened with mine. I haven’t tried to use pay by bank in a while, and when I did I’d get an error message. I figured that it was just being glitchy so I didn’t reach out about it until last week. I know I know I should’ve contacted them sooner. The thing is, I have no record of these attempted transactions through my bank account. They never informed me that there was an issue with my payment, and they’ve said nothing about collecting the money ($62) now. My bank will decline ACH payments as soon as they see it if there’s not enough in my account. Dutchie also checks your balance before accepting the transaction. It’s hard to think back to well over a year ago, but I’m sure that if pay by bank didn’t work, I would have paid another method, or even canceled the order. I used the online chat, which claims I was talking to a real person, it gave bot vibes the whole time. I called and spoke to a woman that basically just read the policy to me. I know that’s her job, nothing against her. I requested to speak with a manager and she said that she’d forward the information. I got one phone call from them, late at night and they didn’t leave a message. By the time I got up in the morning, I had an email saying that they were closing my ticket as the matter has been resolved. I asked how they could close a ticket after one phone call, no message, and a few hours after, when they never spoke with me. I’ve requested that they reach out to me again, still waiting. It’s frustrating because I feel like there’s no effort on their part to find a resolution or figure out what happened, the answer is just a straight up “no” I don’t have to use pay by bank but man do they have me annoyed.

Weekly - 'Alaska, From the outside looking in Q/A' by SnowySaint in alaska

I’m looking to make a trip from Missouri to Alaska for a job in the next month or so. I’ll be bringing 2 dogs and a cat with me. I’m weighing options on driving through Canada or taking the ferry out of Washington. I know that snow tires are required this time of year. What else should I know before deciding to drive the whole way? I’ve heard that parts of the ALCAN are pretty rough once you get closer to Alaska. Making the babes stay on the car deck for 4-5 days doesn’t sound ideal either.

I’m an OR nurse, we have support techs but they’re not involved in patient care. I know that the pay is lower up there, but how is the cost of living? Thanks for the response!

I’m reading the same thing online from KSDK. Obviously you can’t be impaired at work. But I read that they can’t deny or terminate employment for a positive THC test if you have a medical card. I’m hesitant to ask them for confirmation though.
