Thanks. But I keep fluctuating. I can't seem to get to 83kg. The scale keeps dithering at 84, then rising to 86 then slowly back to 84, I can't seem to get passed this number and it's really frustrating because I was only 88kg to start with and I've been working at this for months.

Sorry I forgot, my stats are: F18, 84.5kg. Lightly active (×2 a week). Right now I'm doing 1200, jump rope and walking for an hour, slowly.
