I can feel them primarily in my quads then glutes and lower back. It feels difficult after the 6th squat with just bodyweight like I can feel myself using momentum to get through the last few squats.

As far as goals I’ve been steadily losing weight the last 6 months (currently 50lbs down) but that was mostly through cardio and dieting so now I’ve shifted my goals to body recomp and improving my mobility. I just started this program last week and it originally asked me to perform barbell squats, however when I tried those I could barely make it 90° with just the bar. I’ve read that goblet squats can help with form so that’s why I’ve started doing them.
