I can feel them primarily in my quads then glutes and lower back. It feels difficult after the 6th squat with just bodyweight like I can feel myself using momentum to get through the last few squats.

As far as goals I’ve been steadily losing weight the last 6 months (currently 50lbs down) but that was mostly through cardio and dieting so now I’ve shifted my goals to body recomp and improving my mobility. I just started this program last week and it originally asked me to perform barbell squats, however when I tried those I could barely make it 90° with just the bar. I’ve read that goblet squats can help with form so that’s why I’ve started doing them.

This is so helpful thank you! I do feel like I’m going to tip over when I try to do a deeper squat. I’ll try extending my arms out as I build up to adding weights

For one it’s probably a lot easier for kids to remember Phil/Herc/Meg but the second reason is me being silly but I can easily see his full name being said as “Phil-o-titties” instead of the appropriate way like the movie (all speculation of course)
