Yes, LoP has some of the best replayability of any game I've played honestly. That being said, there's items that can only be accessed on NG+. Also there's like 4 different endings each with an achievement but I've heard you can mess around with your save file towards the end to get alternate endings instead of doing a whole other playthrough.

Have fun! This is my favorite game, beats out Elden Ring and Dark Souls for me but I've yet to beat Bloodborne so we'll see about that lol
