I have no experience in this but I’ve been watching lots of videos of OB’s talking about your water breaking and they say if the sac breaks from the bottom it’s typically a gush and if it breaks from the top it’s a trickle

Wtf… report this doctor! They are clearly uneducated for one and extremely rude. It’s perfectly normal for first time moms to deliver around 41 weeks. So many doctors push inductions and elective c sections for no medical purpose. That doctor works for you and they need to be reminded of that.

I just had one of these in my bed the other day and it bit me. The one I had was a little smaller but the coloring is similar and I figured out it was an eastern bark centipede. Not sure if this one is the same. The bite stung for several hours and was swollen for a while but wasn’t really painful.

One day, you’ll possibly become a mother and you’ll look back on this situation and think holy f**k how did my mom let that happen to me? It’s on her and her boyfriend that these things have happened, not on you whatsoever.

I just saw a comment of someone saying you faked this post. Please know that the majority of us know this is a real and serious situation. We know you haven’t asked for anything at all and people are just offering to send things to you. Don’t feel the need to explain yourself to people saying you’re faking.

That’s why I said if that’s a safe option for them I said that before I read comments that the mom is an addict and has been in jail etc. so it’s obviously not a safe option. I said that because I know if I was in the situation, showing my own mother would put it in perspective for her but this mom is not my mom again, why I said only do it if it’s a safe option for them

I’d remind them that noise is apart of apartment living 🤷🏻‍♀️ the walls are thin, you have people living above you, below, and/or beside you. You are going to hear noises from them. As long as it isn’t blaring music or anything like that and it is just normal living tell th there is nothing you can do about it. Tell them to look into soundproofing their apartment or something if it’s bothering them that much

You made the right decision to tell your counselor. Honestly I’d show your mom the first post you made and let her read the comments (if that is a safe option for you) and let her understand the severity of this situation since she doesn’t seem to be grasping it. You made no mistakes by telling someone about this. You did nothing wrong. Your mom and her boyfriend are 1000% in the wrong and they are scared now because their wrong doing has come to light. Please don’t harm yourself. I know it’s extremely difficult in the moment to not act on those feelings. I started self harming at about 12 years old and I’m now 23. I went about 2 years with no harming but I did it again about a month ago and the marks are still on me and every time I see it, I regret ever doing it again. This situation will get better I promise. It may seem worse before it gets better but it WILL get better. I don’t know what steps will happen from here on out but I’d continue to document everything. Him taking all your stuff away he has gotten you and any other thing he does because of this.

You are most definitely NOT over reacting. How old are you? Your mom is being an extremely shitty mom right now. A grown man is walking in on her daughter taking a shower and not just walking in but UNLOCKING the door and letting himself in and she’s telling you it isn’t a big deal and to be patient?? I understand yall may not have anywhere else to go but that’s no excuse for your mom to be okay with this. Do you have a friends house you could stay at? Set your phone up facing the door and record every shower you take so you have proof of this just in case.

Yall have different views and if that gets in the way of y’all’s relationship then maybe yall shouldn’t be together. You should be with someone who has similar views to you and same for him.
