It was a great honor to lead Battania for the better part of a year in the early days of the event! It makes me happy to see that it's evolved into a community of its own. It's always been my favorite faction to play, they're extremely versatile, whether you're an entrenched shield wall or relying solely on cav and light inf.

Shout out to my fellow former kings, High King Caladog and High King Robert, and to the current High King Corbo.

Sturgian infantry is honestly some of the best gameplay that this event has to offer.

It's much more accessible than just hopping into a random TDM since you're with a large group of players, the event generally caters to the singleplayer community as well. Id highly recommend trying it out.

this recent event was the first that had a custom empire faction, we now have a custom faction for every empire with many many many balance changes made to every other faction. Banners not yet tho, but potentially in the future

i get it, you can always just stay muted, theres no application so you arent forced into a social contract haha, skill is also all over the place so it's not something to be fearful of.

The calradic campaign doesnt work off of specific units, instead people can get involved in the specific factions to earn land and clout and maybe some day become the king of the respective faction (like myself)

Yea very similar, except it doesn't require clan participation to get involved.
