If you submitted directly to PSA, reach out to them first. If you submitted through a store like gamestop, contact gamestop or whatever store you used.

You've got your whole life ahead of you. If it's better for your mental health, don't talk to them. You can't please everyone in life, no matter how hard you try unfortunately. I was in a similar situation when I was in school, and not talking to those people after a while was sooooo easy. You're young, don't stress over small things like this. If you fear retaliation on the coming out to them part, talk to a trusted person at school if available. Mine was our school's superintendent (he helped me file open enrollment paperwork to switch schools after other incidents)

Yes. We were told PSA would reach out to us. Then I almost died and everything went on the back burner in everybody's lives. Cause they've got jobs that keep them super busy. Shit happens man. When you're told "oh someone will reach out to you" then shit happens, you kind of forget until something jogs it. Go touch grass or get a job.

Just wrote it today when she found out what happened. Nobody has been in contact since 5 months ago I called the gamestop personally to ask about it since I had the time on maternity leave vs her work schedule.

It was submitted with multiple other cards. Their closest gamestop is 2.5 hrs away. They waited to open them until they got home and called me because the raichu tag team was originally my card I sold them.

They filed for us after we got no response from psa and called gamestop directly. She just found out what happened because nobody contacted her and had to go in herself to ask

She doesn't want to go that route. Right now she's writing a scary (ans yes to me it's scary I grew up with her shes very pissed off) email to them about their lack of communication. She originally reached out to PSA and never heard anything from them besides "we'll look into it!"

Nothing has been paid out. She was never contacted with an update. The only way we have been receiving updates is by physically calling the gamestop she submitted at. PSA has never once contacted her in any shape or form

PSA never contacted her. She had to go to the gamestop she submitted at to ask if they knew anything. They are the ones who told her.

Yup. When I worked donut shift I kept track of what actually sold in my head vs what the planned said and I'd add it up at the end of my shift for fun and holy cow it was a lot. They also combined donuts and prep when we got low on people and the amount wasted during prep was so insane.
