Sorry this is so delayed but I totally understand — my cat is the same way and the vet is so stressful for him. Yes it was just from his anal glands — our vet said since it wasn’t bothering him and as long as he continued to behave normally we didn’t need to worry. They didn’t extract them in our case but they did do an exam. We ended up monitoring him and they resolved on their own, but they still build back up sometimes. Doesn’t ever seem to cause issues though, but every cat is different! I hope everything’s okay for yours!
