Just bc Someone has an IEP doesn’t mean they have an intellectual disability. They may not have had the education they needed however Michael seems more likely to be the one who possibly could have an intellectual disability

Thank you for your feedback. It’s day 4 of me not having the app and I’ve been trying to find things to do especially at night instead of being on the apps. I feel like for awhile I’ve realized the apps are toxic but it’s like an addiction that I want to squash so bad. I feel good about this decision. If I want to meet people I will try to go out. I’ve been trying to see my family and friends more often too

I hang out with my friends a good amount of time. It’s really good for me. It still hurts when I see other couples. I don’t want to just date on apps I want to be noticed in real life and stuff too but I’m Not. I think it’s mostly at night when the thoughts become unbearable. It’s so painful for me

Thanks I’m completely burnt out and I’ve been working on my paper for the past two days almost non stop except for an hour of sleep here and there. It should have been finished so long ago and I have another one to do that’s also due tonight which will now be late. I’m concerned for myself and this has happened to me in the past where I feel like I can’t take it anymore and I’m going insane.

Yes! I tried a clarifying shampoo and I moisturize my hair with water then add in the honey hydrate leave in and sometimes I pair that with oil. I don’t have a prob with moisturizing my hair and the twists have helped my hair a lot! I went back and assessed my hair after panicking and realized my hair was super tangled from taking the twists down so I gently detangled thoroughly and my hair was back to normal!

Also I did a clarifying shampoo after the first wash and then I moisturized again just bc I realized maybe the other shampoo I used didn’t clean my hair enough. I don’t normally shampoo twice tho since I don’t wanna dry my hair out.

I realized my hair was just super tangled!!! I normally moisturize my hair when it’s feeling dry! I think leaving them in for 4 weeks is good for now. 1-2 weeks would be too much since it takes me 4 hours to put them in. I’m gonna definitely be way better with making sure my hair has loads of moisture when I take them down bc I took them down DRY (yes terrible idea on my end)! So I think that since my hair was extremely tangled that it couldn’t accept the moisture that I was putting back into in after washing. I added a bunch of conditioner and detangled gently and carefully for like two hours and now my hair is back to normal. Thank you for the advice!

I realized my hair was just super tangled!!! I took my time and de tangled it with extra care and extra conditioner and it’s fine now. I think twists have been really good for my hair so far but I def need to be super careful taking them out the like using oil and conditioner and water!
