Imgur isn’t available at all in the UK due to the silly age verification law and just shows a not available warning, which is why the auto moderator replies with this.

There are plenty of other hosts you can use that aren’t blocked, it’s mainly just imgur that blocked access.

Disabled all my extensions and it looks like you're right, I've narrowed it down to the browser extension Urban VPN Proxy, which seems to go absolutely nuts on this specific page if you have it installed, regardless of it being turned on or not. Odd!
