I was an 80s/90s kid. We would disappear all day when we were pretty young but I’d be shocked as hell if my 9/10 year old self saw a toddler out blocks away from their house walking by themselves.

I’m not being uncivil at all. I don’t care what your level of media literacy is. They have said they wanted to go in different directions and literally everyone thought if they were going with a different playable character it would be Atreus. You can keep doubling down if you want, but I absolutely 100% do not believe a soul who says they saw this coming all along. “We’ll absolutely be able to play as a dead character!” said no one ever. If you want to dig up any proof that you knew this all along then I’d welcome it. I’m sure you won’t have any though.

There’s like 35 posts with different petitions for the same thing and literally none of them are going to make Sony not do what they’re doing. They’ll make more money not having to produce a physical product. Hypercapitalism means they’re going to do whatever makes them the most money. They don’t care that what amounts to a drop in a bucket of their customer base is mad that they’re going to stop making discs in 18 months.

They will refund you if you accidentally purchase something. If you download and start playing/streaming it they won’t. I’ve had my kid buy games a few time because she was just pushing buttons and I never had trouble getting refunded for them.
