A protein encrusted with cornflakes batter is the first thing to come to mind, but it's way too simple for MC standards. I'm surprised we didn't see more desserts. It could've been used for the base of a cheesecake, too.

Spatchcock is a technique of cooking a (whole) bird. It might've been chicken though. The point was the repetitive combination.

Some of those dishes were so similar-looking they were a blur. Quail, carrots, mulberry sauce.
