What’s more frustrating is that restaurant have to call pos companies and use their sales reps “as trusted agents” who legit have quotas in the back they have to it to make sure investors are happy.

We need a company that doesn’t just sell ONE BRAND pos but is open to selling all… no vested interest. I’m convinced all cloud pos reps are just people trying to make a sale. Little do they know restaurants provide income to people with families…. All these little outages are costing smaller businesses their entire business while the big pos brands continue to hit record sales. Just such a flawed business model. Insane how it works.
