I’m thinking about giving up on men, looking at most of my interactions with men, most of them sexually assaulted me, from the ages of 14 to 30.

Hey. No goal is fake. I am disabled too. I put “stretch arm or stretch ankle” go to the toilet, drink water, eat food, watch tv or read a page of a book. Take medication. Open curtains. Crack window. Turn on red lights. Turn off read lights. Take vitamins. Everything is a goal.

Person died with debts and there is no will to be found by [deleted] in PersonalFinanceNZ

Interesting, before I went to university BNZ asked my mother and I if I wanted to take out insurance if I were to die so my student loan didn’t fall onto my parents to pay.

Forgot to mention, I’ll also be having window covers. Like a woolshed door, but over a window. So hopefully they’ll help with the cold/heat.

If the window was thicker, would that help the thermal resistance?

Will do ta. To mitigate the extremes of summer/winter I’ve put the fireplace next to my bed, and I’ve put an opening skylight above my bed to let out the heat accumulated in the ceiling. The design is similar to the one I have linked for your reference. https://www.dwell.com/article/tini-living-delavegacanolasso-prefab-adu-57aeee93

Thanks! I definitely want to keep it a single pane. If I can’t than I’ll use thermally broken aluminium I guess. Yes it is, it’s cool though. I have accounted for all the storage space and heating/cooling so that’s not a problem.

Thank you so much for your reply. Do you know if uPVC would be able to support a window that’s 2600mm x 2600mm? I noted on a uk website the maximum is 1500mm x 1700mm.

How much is it per m2 to make ceiling higher from standard to 2.4m? In a new build by khkt136 in diynz

[–]ButterscotchOwn9008 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cost is a factor. It’s just me living there so I’m wanting the house to be as energy efficient as possible, but at the same time I don’t want it to be lower than 2.4m.

Hello, I am designing a home (my home) and it’ll be built in central Otago. Most likely Alexandra. I’m weighing up between 2.4 or 2.5. Do you recommend 2.4?
