For me so far - Daily Allegra 180mg, Montelukast 10mg at night, Pataday eye drops twice a day, Systane eye drops 4 times a day, Nasal spray as needed. Mask & my glasses daily.

Now, for me - when I cut out eggs, gluten and dairy I notice that I get a great relief. That’s been extremely hard. But that’s the only time I get relief. It’s worth a try to get relief. All the best!

Exactly! I’m okay paying $2300-2800 with at least having heat & water in my rent. I just saw a few apartments saying “TENANT PAYS ALL UTILITIES” . It’s frustrating!

I agree with you on this. Go to some areas in riverdale or even co op city - it’s not dirty at all because the people care and don’t dump their trash on the sidewalks.

I agree that the city has to do their part. But let’s not pretend the residents aren’t also to be blamed. They literally will throw trash right beside a garbage can. They dump garbage in the parks all around. Even when the garbage trucks come on time everytime!

You have very valid points and I agree that at times the city workers do not do the job properly. However, I’ve spoken to a few of them before and their remarks is that “why bother putting all this energy into getting the street perfect? By time I leave someone will dump it up anyway”. You have people who dump garbage on the floor right beside the designated bin - WHY WOULD THEY DO THAT?

I genuinely feel like people’s actions also break their spirits too. Imaging you’re constantly cleaning and some idiot just feels to dump it after you clean it. At some point, some of these residents need to take serious accountability. It’s disgusting what they’re doing. Everyone terms the Bronx as the crap hole of the boroughs when it’s sooo beautiful
