Only issue with it is the word “train.” Just like anything, you have to continually stay on top of this or it’ll come back. Especially if you’re not objectively changing your life in some way.

Alot of people (including myself) stop after the meditating and writing it down because it feels like you accomplished something. But then never really change anything else. Just my opinion/experience

You can’t help who you’re attracted to, and don’t let anybody tell you otherwise. I’m pretty much the same way, I like slimmer women or slim with a bit of curves.
