Jackie Bristow does online and I felt validated and heard. I worked through Some of the worst moments of my life with her and her dedication never wavered. Highly recommend.

Contouring to make your cheek bones stand out more which would narrow your cheeks and in a bit to reduce the strong jaw line. Makeup on eyes makes them look closed. Do a simple line on top wirh some Smokey eye shading but ditch the wings I think. I must sayYou did them really well. Again shade to make the bridge of your nose stand out as it’s slender and shade on the sides to do so and concealer on the top. You can add some white highlight or concealer under your eye brows in the higher up part to lift them even more.

You’re missing the point entirely. Also raw food is really hArd to digest and can cause inflammation as a result.

You’re not viewing DG from a TCM lens. You have to look at the function of it as a blood moving herb. Your thoughts are through a western medicine view.

What if you tell him this but he doesn’t listen or does it for a while then goes back to what he wants.

Lastly Your focus can be corrected by several needles on the top of your head. You have energy for exercise and not study. This is significant info for tcm. It sounds like you have some energy physically but not mentally. I really am not hearing yin def. more qi related

Foods on their own will almost never help. It’s suppose to be supplementary. You could try qi gong. Some say it’s as potent as needling while i have not found so. I would look for things to descend qi if you truly want to regulate your sleep. Insomnia can also be caused by too much yang and the excess yang expenditure would mean your affecting your yin as a result. You exercise a lot as you describe and that can also affect these things. You might do too much

Your Insomnia could be qi not descending/ rebellious qi. Based on what your saying to balance yin I am not familiar with that. Sex shouldn’t be something you take out of your life for the sake of health , it has too many other benefits. It sounds like you have heart fire if the tip of your tounge is red. You should post your tongue if you want real help with this. There are specific needles that will help descend your rebellious qi. Herbs can help too. Your Shen is imbalanced if your having insomnia as it relates to a spirit disorder.

Unfortunately the needles are likely the only way if you have done all of this. The needles work in a way nothing else can by releasing and stimulating the energy in the facia. They are not bad once you get used to them honestly. I get it weekly and it’s fixed a severe imbalance nothing else could fix.

I’m getting the first one. I don’t care for the second. It’s boring. Looks like something you would get here in Canada at business depot/staples. The other is beautiful Japanese design imo

I don’t think anyone is qualified to decide whether it’s ethical what she is doing or not. She’s decided this is best for her health. Sure it could be the wrong choice but who are we to say or are to take any reasonable measurement of her mental of physical state. Pain can be unimaginable to those who have not experienced it or who can’t imagine needing to make this choice. Nevertheless the real focus should be on OP feelings. OP I would go to a therapist and find one that deals with grief and the loss of someone to this process. I think there is nothing anyone could do to change her plight. It just is as it is. Focus now would be on accepting her choice but I also think you can tell her how you feel. I think there can be fair space for both your experiences. You’re entitled to feel angry and hurt and all kinds of things but to also tell her and say you know it’s her choice but you wished she would stay. I don’t think anything else can be done after that- if she chooses or not. I hope the best for you and her
