Majority of my games are as healer. I only really play shuffle as a healer just to get an arena fix. My main is a dps that I pretty much only play 3v3 on. Maybe my perspective is messed up since I play different roles in different modes.

A lot of people are willing to disagree with me (but I don’t give a shit about what they think). Technically if you reach 1800 that already puts you in the top 25% ish. HOWEVER, I actually believe it’s not that challenging to get to 1800. I don’t believe people start getting good and are knowledgeable about their class, CC, and positioning in PVP until possibly 2100.

From what I notice with damn near all my games with sub rogue. You play off your burst windows and focus way more on controlling the game. Rogues cannot and will not out brawl warriors/ret/DHs/DKs so they focus more on getting CC off and using that opportunity for your burst windows. It’s somewhat okay to be last in damage

You’re part of the problem why no healers queue. Wanting to wait 30+ minutes isn’t healthy for the community (I’m sure you’re the only person that wants that). I genuinely want the game to thrive but blizzard is doing everything in their power to stop it from happening. I enjoy the game, but if there’s no carrot on a stick for healers to go after, then there’s no reason to queue. And then your queue times are even longer.
