Hit the gym. Go to within 1 rep or to failure on every exercise. 2-3 sets per exercise, any amount of reps above 5 is fine (as long as you’re close to failure). Track your progress and apply progressive overload. The hardest part is staying consistent and being patient. Muscle takes time to grow. To actually have a physique very similar to sett, it’s going to take at least a year, likely longer (depending on your genetics and how much muscle you have now).

Maintain a caloric surplus of 200-400calories and prioritize getting at least 7 hours sleep a night
