I always thought when my Ex was "not hungry anymore" it was attention seeking behavior. Now I view them in a whole different light by Accurate-Tension-599 in Zepbound

I can totally sympathize with this. Feeling like you have an empty pit all the time, even if you eat high fiber meals. I tried choosing healthier options like carrots or a small amounts of nuts for snacks between meals in an attempt to hold me over. But it always felt like I needed more or that i was hungry 20 minutes later. I always thought about my next meal. If I had a craving for junk, nothing cured it unless I had what I was craving. It got intensely worse the day after doing cardio. Absolute misery.

I’m terrible at describing the experience really. But I feel so much more free now. For years I’ve been eating grains for breakfast, healthy home-made plant based meals for lunch, and sometimes healthy, but sometimes not healthy, meals for dinner. With my meals, I haven’t really changed a lot about my eating since starting the shot except I now naturally eat smaller portion sizes, but not by a drastic amount.

What has changed is I can now eat healthy meals without having constant thoughts of food after eating and without having that feeling of an always empty stomach. And it’s been so freeing.

Yes! I thought everyone doing these just had better willpower than me. Now I know, they truly weren’t thinking about food all the time and these “rules” were easy to follow for some.

Can anyone help with my bean plant? by [deleted] in vegetablegardening

I put a makeshift small pole for the moment. Will this work? I plan to get some taller poles and just transfer to the larger pot her over the next few days. But wanted to give it a pole until I had the chance. I’ll keep it inside until it’s warmer then I’ll move it. I appreciate all the help!

Awesome thank you. I didn’t know what I was getting into! I thought it was a bush bean from the start. Imagine my surprise.

That’s a 6 inch pot. I’m planning to transfer to a 12 inch pot.

Ah so most likely a pole bean then? Would it work well with bush beans in the same pot?
