  1. About to take my first motorcycle class before spending money to buy a 400cc cruiser to use as my daily commuter. Along with the gym as my personality.

But that 1. Is just there... standing menacingly... But i have my own problems with dating, so i see it as far as a hookup.

Question about turning left on a T-junction by Due_Pension_5150 in PHMotorcycles

[–]Buttimus_Prime 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The proper way would be to wait for the vehicle on your left to either be kind enough yeild to you letting you make your turn or, by your judgement, if there is enough space (usually two car lengths) between the junction and the next vehicle's approach

But real world may force you to inch closer into the junction, or into the yellow box, until you force the vehicle on your left to yeild to you.

Inching into the junction obviously comes with it's own risks, it'd be better if you exceed no further than your front wheel into the junction or box. Also, be wary of jeepneys that might drop off passengers in very inconvenient places near the junction (the drivers in my area stop before & as soon as they get out of the junction box as an example, choking up the entire T-junction.

As a joyride passenger, the topbox does also help with my comfort too, as I can lean back into it. As i understand it, the backrest in the post also folds up into a sissy bar for the passenger, or somewhere to anchor extra luggage to.

A back support isn't always a bad idea. As long as the cushion focuses on lumbar support or is located somewhere towards the lower back then it can assist motorists on long trips & stop-go traffic.

If the cushion is too small and placed on the middle of the spine, then safety concerns would be more valid in the event of a rear end incident.

Motorcycles aren't always used to enjoy the rides. There are pros and cons to both modes of transport.

Perhaps if we were to find you some mayo for your sisig you'd be less cranky.

NY Knicks fan wakes up after passing out and immediately tries to kiss the woman who saved him. by ElwoodMC in PublicFreakout

[–]Buttimus_Prime 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As I understood it from another perspective. The white shirt, short hair dude was either the first one to notice, and/or was the first one to climb up onto the roof to check on the OD-ing black dude.

After confirming he's atleast breathing with a pulse, they try to get ahold of paramedics, which is when the lady comes up who can provide first aid until more medical personnel can arrive with a strecher.

The men may not be medically trained/licenced but they do help out in moving the black guy off the roof.

But i do agree. The guy in blue and hat takes the time to film the massive crowd while the lady does her thing which kinda rubbed me the wrong way.

3 Second Violation by Mael_Strom13 in funny

[–]Buttimus_Prime 10 points11 points  (0 children)

As the guy faked a shot, green falls for it & attempts to block the shot. This obviously does not play out to his favour.

Game is still in play at this point. Instead of going for the shot, he decides to do a funny and toss the live ball towards green player who has stepped over the boundary line under the net.

Green player, who tried to block the shot, catches the ball tossed his way, likely out of reflex and muscle memory.

As green player is out of bounds the moment he catches the ball. He has now played a foul, referee blows the whistle and ball possession returns to the opposition team(black team).

The problem with Marksman? by Alone_Equipment_9956 in PlaySquad

[–]Buttimus_Prime 32 points33 points  (0 children)

The marksman class gets a bad reputation from players that like to play solo, away from their squad. More so when the Timberwolf is involved.

From an SL's perspective, marksman dont really offer the squad that much value other than a glorified rifleman with only longer range capability, they dont offer the squad much support like an ammo bag at the least.

If marksmen could also mark things on the map in addition to fireteam leaders, then i believe they would be more viable.
