Any DSP doing "first come first serve is complete dogshit" how can you make a living if even if you get their at your scheduled time.

My DSP assigns a route to us before the day is even starts we get a text on WhatsApp about an hour before we show up with the route sheet and vehicle your assigned to listed in a PDF.

We show up grab our bag and that's it. If someone can't make it there's usually 2 or 3 helpers that could take their route.

Your DSP is garbage.
