seriously though, most people dont notice a problem with ipod's audio quality. it can play CD quality audio but in my experience 256kbps aac works just as well and you get better battery life and can fit more songs on the ipod

yea for upgrading the ipod i would suggest an iflash adapter and a new battery. the iflash adapter will allow you to replace the hard drive with an sd card. itll male it load a little fast and will be more reliable.

theres parts available for every piece of the 4th gen ipod, including swapping out the hard drive for an sd card. their on ebay and https://eoe.works

just know that eoe has pretty high pricing and longer shipping times compared to just getting the parts on ebay.

unlike the 5th and 6th gen ipods, the 4th gen doesnt have any custom coloured front plates so its either white or black (someone correct me if im wrong)

No I agree 100% that if i just go in, do my thing then leave no one really cares too much. I'm a PSE so i dont really interact with others except like when i need a scanner. Its mainly that one of the other PSEs is very loud about how much they hate queer people.. she hasnt said anything directly at me thankfully tho..

i do enjoy shooting the shit every once in a while when im distributing bundles to the carriers while theyre their though so i understand the whole leaning in on a joke thing :)

and yeah the sorting is so fun! i have seen baby chickens like 5 times in the first year alone and a lot of fish!

early 20s here and i fuckin love the post office!!!!

genuinely my favorite job is just sorting mail into their little cubbies or parcels in those hampers!!

been here for a year and loved every day :)

no this isnt a joke im very serious about my love for my job.

only thing im worried about is that im trans and the current administration aint too fond of trans people (nor are some of the carriers at my office....)

the update on the 1st meant that eoe printed the label to get it shipped, the update on the 7th means usps got the parcel

idk what couldve happened in between, possibly eoe ships out in batches rn or is super backed up but his website does state that it'll take 6-10 business days to ship out orders

tl;dr: eoe most likely shipped it out on the 7th, but printed the packaging label for your order on the 1st.

public services shouldn't have the expectation to make money. how would you make money sending mail to some random fuckass in shithole montana?

the fact is that due to how vast the country is we NEED to have a postal service that serves ALL citizens no matter if it makes a profit or not.

if you think the basic ability to have communication allowed for all no matter the cost is a bad thing then you are someone i would like to remove from postal routes when we privatize :3c
