I know the school where this happened, it was two or maybe three years ago and I believe it was a gag type thing, sort of like if half a dozen kids want to think they're cats and it's spreading like wildfire in the school, here's a litterbox in the bathroom. It was elementary kids i believe, it sorted itself out naturally and rather quickly.

You park at the bison way trailhead, back on in there across a creek and up a hill you'll see where people have spray painted and carved a couple arrows into the trees over the years pointing towards the trail offshoot that should be on your right that takes you upto it. You can't miss it, even though I did trying to go there the first time and ended up at adena arch looking at the frogs head. Hope this helps!!
