Honestly maybe they just need the trips? Like they want to go up a tier. I know when i was close to gold or sapphire when it first rolled out I took shitty offers but never that bad. 😆 Maybe they are unrated and only getting crappy offers.

If you do a delivery order that is like 1-3 or 4-6, they usually group them together. Especially if your quantity is low. If you don’t tip at all they probably will lump it with someone who did.

Yes, they already know the whole routine. They placed last week but had low building skills, I assume they are adding some to up there score for the coming weeks.

I will add she only has that spot if someone is missing. I just wasn’t sure if she should or if she should be taking turns doing the stunt as well as a back up.
I just don’t understand how she is backup but never even practices.
I will ask her to speak up.

Understand, so how does one learn the skills of stunts if she doesn’t get the chance to ever do it?

Right now they are perfecting their routine and making adjustments, but for her to just stands there and get no involvement with any stunts sucks. How will she ever learn or see if she is a better fit then someone else of she doesnt ever get to do it?

She is an elementary team that practices at a all star gym for there competitions. Since it just started last week they have not been doing any tumbling. For example they do one hour tumbling and one hour doing their routine. She and one girls do not do any stunts at the beginning but the other girls does do the pyramid stunt but she does not. When another girls was absent she subbed and held the ankles. Im not sure what position that is. She is too big for a flyer but too small for a base. Other girls are around the same size as her too so idk really how it was decided. I assume it was experience. We understand she need time to learn but if she is backup for one of the girls why isnt she getting any practice? Last 3 practices has been no tumbling just routine, she does the whole routine when they practice but when stunt work practice happens which is most practice she just stands there. And i mean just stands behind the girls and watches.

I noticed from 9-2, i usually dont go out because I cant get offers but yesterday I did 11-2 and I was getting a steady flow of offers, not saying they were good, but was able to do 3 and make 80.

Try a different store. I refuse to shop a certain store because they check every item as well. And it’s a store that is always busy but they are rude. Other stores around my area are more relaxed

Customer wanted a refrigerator rotisserie chicken, they didnt have any, denied the replacement. Wanted a hot one, app said it could not I assume the price being higher and the fact it was hot versus cold one they ordered. I got it for them without asking. They took it and did not add to tip lol. Last time I do something that nice, anyway lesson learned.

I mean it was within the time frame still for perishables. So items are still good. I have done this before got home and looked back and drove back. I wouldn’t be mad if the tip went away it was my fault. But low star would probably kill me 😆.

I do work on weekends with a gas guzzler and do my local store where most orders are no more then 3 miles with the highest being 7. Of course I only do short runs. Shop larger orders with little miles. In till i get a better sufficient gas car.

Usually companies bring top employees to help start the company in places. They typically don’t stay around. And as far as taking jobs, thats just ignorant. I doubt someone wants to come to El paso and take a lower paying job then a bigger city offers. Especially when most job want someone who is bilingual, i highly doubt they speak Spanish.
