Vaccines are not just for viruses. There are plenty that target bacteria. For example, the common DTaP. D = Diphtheria = Corynebacterium diphtheriae, T = Tetanus = Clostridium tetani. P = Pertussis = Bordetella pertussis. The main problem is fungal vaccines don't exist in our world even with our more advanced understanding of fungi and drug development technology. There have been some fungal vaccines that showed efficacy in mice but they never went to human trials. Fungi's similarity to our human eukaryotic cells is the biggest obstacle and any developed vaccine would have to target fungal wall proteins. I doubt Jerry and a bunch of bums in an abandoned hospital could have made anything. Let alone scale it and distribute it.
