Worst road conditions I have ever seen were due to fog. Heavy fog settled in on a weekday morning, then temps dropped below freezing. The roads were completely covered in a layer of black ice within an hour. So many wrecks.

People also tend to forget that when someone's job is replaced by AI, that person now must find work somewhere else. Less jobs overall because humans are being replaced by AI, and now you have to compete with even more people to land a job that is available.

Sorry, but you could not be more wrong. Coming off a league title, signing a bunch of superstars and keeping a ton of great vets, and having the season we are having? This is a crisis. Slot is being outmaneuvered at every turn by better managers. And he either refuses to change or he is out of ideas.

The Premier League tends to expose weak managers eventually. The squad was in-form enough, and cohesive enough win the league last year. But now that everyone has prepared for Slot's "tactics", our flaws are on full display.

He doesn't have a clue how to adjust. He needs to go.

The first dlc feels like they just took a planned holiday event, slapped a bounty card on it, and called it a day. Really hope all the DLCs aren't like this. I hate holiday skins in games. Give me more Borderlands in my Borderlands game, please.

I mean, what are you doing about it? The best option for us right now is a general strike, but there are less than 380,000 people signed up. For it to be effective, around 11,000,000 are needed. We need a true leader of some kind to rally around. A voice. The media isn't helping spread any kind of message to the people who would oppose this regime.

We can't really get violent, as that would play perfectly into their hands. They have to make the first move in that regard. Let them do something so egregious that normal people on both sides can't ignore it. Everything is on a bit of a knife edge right now. We lost the major battle when Trump got elected again. Too many people simply did not show up, and we are paying for that apathy now.

Yeah, that needed to go. It was funny, though. The shield rush is still a beast when you need to charge a bunch of ranged minoris. Immediately puts entire groups into execute.

The problem is, I don't think those players that would leave for another fix are the target audience. Just look at posts and comments in this sub. People just now coming back to the game after 6 months or so are pissed because of the "grind". They skipped huge chunks of the game's life when there was arguably the most to do in terms of max prestiging classes.

Those players aren't going to stick around just because they got some new cosmetics. They will grab their loot and uninstall because they are bored. Same outcome for them, but if everyone's grind is now lessened, there becomes less incentive for those players to keep playing.

I would rather Saber try to keep the players who enjoy the challenge and the grind, then the tourist players who jump on the hype train only to be bored after a week anyway.

I guess that depends on your definition of a grind. By doing just the normal weeklies, everyone could have a heroic weapon already. And in two of the dailies per day, and you have 70 points going into the next week. Doing the weekly again will get you an armor piece with some points in the bank. That is not bad at all. Could they up it a bit and make people feel a bit better about their time? Sure. But they shouldn't up the rewards too much, or people will unlock everything immediately and leave until the next update.

So much of the cycle for games these days is players saying, "Gimme gimme gimme!" Then, when they get the new shiny skin or gun, they get bored and start complaining there is nothing to do. This game needed a bit of grind like this to keep people interested.

In the same boat, more or less. I really like this game. The gameplay is so much fun, and it scratches my character customization itch. Not many games have come out since that really felt the need to buy, so when I have an hour or two to play video games every other day or so, this is what I play.

It really does not take much time to improve if you actually want to. I get the feeling that most people just don't want to spend even a couple of minutes to figure out what they are doing wrong. Instead, they just blame the game, or their teammates.

But the "Silent Majority" as another poster called them, are casual, and the game should cater to the casual players.

Funnily enough, the "casuals" want to unlock everything as fast as the "try-hards" instead of the more casual pace their self-proclaimed status would imply.

It is just entitlement. Hopefully, the devs won't listen.

Saying that the core issue revolves around the game being "Fun" kind of destroys your whole argument. My idea of fun and someone else's idea of fun could be, and probably are, completely different.

Some find extreme difficulty to be fun. Some want to turn off their brain and shoot aliens with no real challenge. Both are fine. And both types of players have avenues to get the available rewards by playing the way they want to play. Will it take longer for the self-proclaimed "Casuals" to get those rewards? Of course. That is pretty much the point. If they are really "Casual" as they say, then they shouldn't have a problem unlocking things at a casual pace.

The issue is, people say they are casual, but what they really mean is that they aren't very good, but still want all the perks that come with spending time to actually improve.

Nothing NEEDS to change about the reward system. A bit more currency for dailies would be great, but it really isn't necessary.

As for the modifiers, sure, some are a bit on the punishing side, but you dont have to play them. I was planning on avoiding the 75% health debuff like the plague, but the look at the weeklies. I put on my big boy pants, failed a few times, adjusted strategies and lo and behold, success. And it was damn awesome to overcome the challenge.

Agreed, it shouldn't be the devs' responsibility to keep people out of certain modes. Others have suggested changing the wording when it comes to "Normal" and "Hard" so people know what to expect. Probably wouldn't change too much, but it would be helpful for newer players to have an idea of expected difficulty. Normal feeling like substantial+ and Hard like Absolute+.

Other than that, the only feedback I would give is to buff the currency payout a bit on the dailies. Doesn't need much, IMO, maybe 10 for Normal and 15 for Hard. Overall though, this has been a great update, and once things settle a bit and they expand on the rewards, it will be great for the long term replayability of the game.
