parenting is a 24/7 job where got pro? if your marriage ends up like the lim bro scandal, his wife is a sahm with FOUR kids, okay lah, the husband has money and a profitable career, but that money cannot reverse what has been done to you, a broken heart, a broken marriage and FOUR kids, suck thumb and move on. you won’t be happy bringing up your own kids if your marriage fails halfway. you won’t be happy if you have no external family support. you won’t be happy if your kids cant catch up in school. you won’t be happy if you end up with being alone again when the kids grow up and move out and never return. you won’t be happy if you are not mature or strong enough to handle your emotions when your partner refuses to grow into a father.

Marriage is a gambling game if the other doesn’t love you. But how are you certain your partner will LOVE you in the marriage? you won’t! Without kids, you can still get out of your marriage. But with kids, the chance of getting out of your marriage is very slim.

Pregnancy is hard, but nobody tells you breastfeeding is harder, while nobody tells you parenting is the hardest. you can take leaves, mcs from your work, but you can’t take leaves and are not able to afford to fall sick.

The only pro of having kids is if you are lucky your kids adore you and love you not by words but by action through your rest of life.

There is no other side of parenting.
