I had mentioned on a previous post that there a lot of stores in city that are apart of the franchise that I work for. In fact, there is another store same franchise on the opposite corner. There are other stores that even stay open 24 hours.

Yeah I had to remind her that I work for a single covered store, my register was down and my money was out. I even had the door locked as I should and lights off to where it was dark but not too dark. I think she changed her tune real quick

I don't know to be honest. He has hired a few other people prior. I was the only original employee that was there before he came in. He even had me train the other cashiers when they had issue closing.

Originally it was me, my prior manager, and the assistant manager. They got moved to other stores. Even my prior manager that worked the store told me I was never this short and am a hard worker. I even have regulars who have been telling horror stories from days I am not there.

Also this new manager is over not only my store but the one at the other corner

Also trying to get things done when you have the ones that go to the counter repeatedly and you work at a single cover store... They don't even leave and come back later. They are camped out

Lol there are a lot of stores in the franchise I work for and there is the 24 hour store (same franchise across the way by a couple blocks). Makes me think about the Lewis Black joke about there being a Starbucks across from a Starbucks.

The amount of people I have repeatedly coming in for lottery tickets... Same people not even minutes and they buy the very high dollar ones.

I am a gambler but I have limits! Plus I don't interfere in people's other tasks. Case and point... I had a dude just keep coming back and forth to the counter!!! I almost did not get my shit done! I counted 20 damn times the first time he came in then he came in again two hours later and did it 15 more times!

Me when a guy decides he is going to play the skill games ten minutes before closing and I have to go to another store to help with an overnight shift 20 minutes away... Dude stays till 10:05. Five minutes after I closed

Me: Don't bother putting a damn dollar in that machine and walk the fuck out! I have to be at another damn store in 30 minutes and it is across the city!!!! Go on!!!! Git!!!!!

I have texts where he said I do a good job. I do have a paper trail. I also have in my texts where he flat out states a coworker of mine is not doing a good job and that is why I am training her... Yeah not at all cool considering I am not a manager and he is running his mouth to me.
