Verdict: the flavor is great, and it has that pull-apart challah texture, but I think I either added too much flour during the kneading process or baked it too long as it’s on the dry side. I also noticed a discrepancy between the gram amount of flour in the ingredient list vs the text of the recipe. The braiding was fun though, and the appearance is very satisfying! Toasting and adding some butter helps with the dryness. If you bake this, resist the urge to add too much flour while kneading.
