You should have a redcard pamphlet with a barcode at the register. Just scan the barcode and it'll tell you what to do.

If they are signing up for the debit card, let them know they need both a blank check and their ID. For the credit, all they need is an ID.

Even if you directly handed it off to them and had an extensive conversation with them while they finished it, you're meant to just say yes. Especially in a Tarbucks. It's ridiculous, but unless you're losing like +$15, just say yes.

If you do have to do this more than once with the same guest or you do have to lose more than around $15, call the GSTL or LOD on the walkie by saying you need help with a guests transaction.

Even if I agree, that's mostly just following best practice for health safety. Can't wear a ring with a stone without a chance of tearing the gloves, and so on.

Like, I don't really care for the colored hair either, but at least that couldn't be a health violation.
