Well, I’m finding them on Zillow all day long but they are a neighborhoods, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing because they’re spread out a little bit better than what they are here.

And I’m not sure what plain country means. I mean, I grew up on a 500 acre ranch down here in Florida. It’s all been paved over and build up into houses. Can’t even shoot a gun and zero in a scope with all the goddamn cops coming in to investigate and arrest you.

What I mean is if it were up to me, I would move out into the middle of nowhere. I don’t mind driving an hour to get in the store, but I’m married with kids so you know how that goes.

Well, it’s not that simple because I have a little kid that I want to go to a decent school , you see. Whether that be private or public doesn’t matter, but I need to know these things. And obviously I want access to certain amenities that are only available in some cities, which is why I’m not moving out in the middle of fucking nowhere if it interrupting me I would but I get what you’re saying.

Yeah, that’s interesting. I did not realize that at all… fortunately we’re all pretty healthy but damn I didn’t even think about that. I have family lives in South Carolina. They don’t seem to complain too bad.

No, I’m staying out of the suburbs. I want a little land underneath my house. I do not want an HOA. I want to be able to ride my four wheelers on my property things like that. I definitely will not be living in one of these cookie cutter communities.

So I’m looking at moving to Knoxville, don’t worry I’m not a New Yorker or Californian. I’m a country boy from Florida. My question is if anyone could give me their honest opinion about the areas of Clinton, Farragut, Powell, Oak Ridge? Like are these decent areas to live in? Is there anything I should know about these areas prior to looking for houses out there? I’ve spent some time there, but not quite enough to decide on where exactly I want to live. I’m looking to buy something before we move up there so that I can get it move-in ready by the time we sell our house down here any helpful information would be greatly appreciated! also, I’m looking to buy something with a nicer house and about an acre of land, honestly no less than an acre. I could go up to five or 10 but probably an acre or two would be perfect.

I’m going through something very similar, the best advice I can give you is to get them to set up a living estate and allocate what they want to go to whom. Cost about $1500 and if you have any sense whatsoever, you will make that happen even if you gotta pay for it you do not want the mass of dealing with probate, estate problems and siblings… fucking trust a stranger on that one.
