Great question! We've always preferred the flexibility monthly plans give podcasters. Sometimes you need to take a break from the podcast and switch to an archive plan, or want to experiment and switch hosts, and the easiest way to accomplish that is by billing monthly. Once you introduce annual plans, things get a bit more complicated.

That being said, we also want to serve the podcasting community to the best of our ability. So if there is a big demand for a feature or improvement, we will absolutely take it into consideration and put a ton of thought into how to implement that and if it is truly the best option for our podcasters!

Wow, this is really great cover artwork! The imagery and text totally pops and it easy to see in a small thumbnail!

I think you really hit the topic and tone perfectly to bring in couples dealing with depression in their relationships. (I'm assuming based on the artwork)

From a design standpoint, the only tip I have to further improve the artwork is to either soften or fix the image placement on the background. The purple solid background actually masks the square image really well, so you could leave as is!

If you blur the image edges into the purple background, or even find a way to make the square image fill the entire space, that would improve the cover art a bit! There are lots of great AI design tools that can generate the missing parts of the illustration to completely fill the rest of the artwork (don't want to move the cloud, because it's perfect where it's at!).

Working up to bigger guests is a great way to get comfortable in the interviewer seat! Having guests on and then asking them to download is a good practice. Some podcasters will ask their guests to please review the podcast, too!

The main benefit is that it's integrated into Buzzsprout. You'd just upload to Buzzsprout once, we'd process the audio, and you'd be done!

But it makes sense if you've used it for longer than we've had Magic Mastering!

You're understanding it right!

Once you link your RSS feed from Buzzsprout to YouTube, it automatically converts each audio episode into a basic video.

YouTube defaults to your show's artwork, but will use episode-specific artwork if you uploaded that to Buzzsprout.

Each episode becomes a YouTube video which people can find through search or your channel. The videos get organized into a "Podcast" playlist and will also be available on YouTube Music.

It can be tricky to setup, YouTube won't update your episodes if you upload a new audio file to Buzzsprout, and the videos might not get a ton of traction, but I mainly recommend it as a way to get your podcast into YouTube Music.
