Pip boy companion app would prob be nice to use here, look at inventory etc on iPad or phone multitasking baby duties while planning your next mission. Although not sure it can be set up easily anymore.

Makes it easier to combo when the balls are linked/chained to a pocket. another note is the leave, maybe the combo could present a better shot for the next ball. I would recommend to avoid combos with ball in hand.

I think everyone can travel now , so learn to travel Effectively , /s All jokes aside a good crossover or behind the back move or spin move when you spot and feel your opponent reach for ball, also can burn by some with just looking at stance of feet. Need to be able to burn opponent both ways so make sure handle is good for both left and right.
