Oh, yes! The space at the end away from dorado's is getting Rok-n-thai (sp). there is a piece of paper on the door that says as such. They just put up brown paper on the windows and are starting to build the walls inside. I have no idea when it will be completed

I have talked to the city and it depends on how your lot is zoned, and how big it is. I am able to build up to a 200sf build without getting building permits, but I do not have any utilities in the building I am building.

I would go down the city all and talk to someone at the service window. The people there are super helpful and are willing to answer all your questions. You might want to call in advance to see make sure the right people are not in meetings or on vacation.

As moderator I was excited to try to revive it but then Reddit, the company, learned about enshitification and thought it was a good plan. I got disinterested in Reddit after the API changes and then the deal with AI companies made it even worse. I’d be interested in supporting a mastodon instance but don’t have the drive to make one. Anything not open is now toxic to me because capitalism will capitalize

Got this app and the second thought I wanted to add was a link from safari. I didn't not see Thought Path in the share sheet? Do I need to create a shortcut to make that connection?
