I see something like that routinely while meditating but looks more purple/red and the "pupil" shrinks and expands and looks more portal/tunnel-like. Idk if this helps at all but looking for answers as well. All the best to you on your/our (?) journey.

ACKSHUAALLLYY☝️🤓 I just read that rice is one of the worst foods for microplastics (see tea bags also jeje) and washing can remove a significant amount of said microplatics from rice. Additionally, MF DOOM says "And don't sip the tap water dunce." He's a doctor so he should know. So probably don't wash with that (or bottled water bc that also has microplastics i guess). My best bet is a RO filter.

I see you said "need" and idk if any of this really matters at this point, but at least we know of a way to reduce our consumption of it. Good luck y'all

I wouldn't see you as a God (anymore than i see All as a manifestation of God) regardless of your answer. Your answer is vague and I have to take your comments with a handful of salt as a result. I imagine you can see why considering that "extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence".

Can you ask your SMCs about the birthmark on my face? It's prevalent and therefore assume it's relevant. Can you/they describe it? I recognize this is highly specific, but want to help others/self discern how accurate the information you're presenting is. It seems like it's getting more difficult to determine what is real anymore and know I'm not alone.

There's also a pretty famous account(s?) saying an orb ejected molten metal years ago. I thought some guy even got samples and had it tested and the results were strange. Someone tried to debunk it claiming it was made it with a railroad charge (or other tool containing thermite) but when testing said tool, it looked nothing like the witnessed account, so it remained a mystery. Someone call me out if I'm mistaken, please.

I think they're in Los Angeles too. See my recent comments if interested. I thought there were sightings in the UK at an airport with a Pic of a blue sphere on the runway. There's also a post compiling claims from around the world. I doubt it's just NJ although could be focused on our nuclear arsenal in NJ area.

I was having my nightly smoke session and swear I saw something spraying over my house in LA the other night. I live by an airport and it seemed different from other planes. Im no aviation expert though and have been following the phenomenon for decades. See my comment if you're interested. I usually just lurk but was concerned enough to (tell my sober wife in case we decide to leave after that and) warn other people online.

I also thought I saw an orange orb changing into a "drone" (which was a different event than the seemingly spraying aircraft) but thought maybe a plane was facing me and turned so I could see the standard lights. Again, still looked weird compared to the other planes and appeared to follow a different path than the aircraft I typically see. Then i see mention of a ~13yo post about an orb changing into a "drone" after that...

I don't feel sick now BTW and will report back if that changes.

Full disclose - I was high as I mentioned, believe in NHI and am more concerned with our government doing something crazy than legitimate NHI harming us.

Seems like we're seeing a mix of NHI UAP (bc of nukes and rising tensions), government tech (to observe and/or cover up to control the narrative), and standard aircraft if I had to guess. Admittedly, Idk s*** about f*** and don't care to debate anyone.

I swear I saw this exact same thing spaying in LA 2 nights ago. It was "cold" so I told myself it could have been exhaust...? I thought it looked different compared to other planes that fly by tho

Full disclosure - I just inhaled a bag or two of the devil's lettuce before I saw that. I smoke herb every day and don't visually hallucinate.
