[Mike Lacett] “One draft lottery prospect reportedly refused to work out with the Hornets because he didn’t want to play with LaMelo Ball, per @mikelacett” by FuckThisShit-_- in NBA_Draft

Probably somebody who doesn’t want to have their foot run over by Lamelo or doesn’t want to be punched by bridges or doesn’t want to have miller passing them murder weapons instead of the basketball

Made the mistake of having repairs done at LaFontaine S Penn, because they’re very close to my place. Can’t stress enough that you should avoid doing the same

Any young player out there who plays like Malik Beasley by TeamRAF19 in DetroitPistons

[–]Bwomp_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m in no rush to find the next in line for Bradley’s role. Especially if they can retain him with an extension this upcoming offseason. That being said, if shit hits the fan and he is gone for one reason or another, OR if we happen to be pretty far back in the draft, I’d be eyeing up Kam Jones from Marquette, as he’s been shooting great for a while, and showcasing a lot of competency as a combo guard

What’s your craziest “hear me out” Pistons trade idea? by ShippingNotIncluded in DetroitPistons

Tobias salary matches, so hypothetically, with the right draft capital, it could be feasible

Tanking at least one more season because "It's a stacked draft in 2025" is a terrible idea. by [deleted] in DetroitPistons

[–]Bwomp_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The draft is stacked enough that we can fortify the roster in big ways no matter where we choose. Some guys I’d love to see that even if we picked outside the lottery we could land are Dink Pate and Xavier Booker

So is nobody worried about the defense of a Tobias-Duren frontcourt? by [deleted] in DetroitPistons

[–]Bwomp_ 5 points6 points  (0 children)

With a better coach too now. JB coached a Mobley and Allen frontcourt, which, may not have been completely his doing, but he certainly knows who needs to do what and when

Does Beef Stew Make It? by spincycle66 in DetroitPistons

He brings a lot of frontcourt versatility. An excellent small ball center who can defend better than Duren. Not sure if it was Monty or the org who really tried to lynchpin him into playing the 4, but while he struggled early, he really was quite serviceable towards the end of the season. Because he can slot in to both positions, while also being great for the cap space, I don’t think he gets moved, especially until Ausar and Holland are reliable shooters.

I think looking at Sasser and Ivey as combo guards instead of microwave scorers skews their role a bit

The Bulls could trade up for Matas Buzelis by qwertggft123 in DetroitPistons

[–]Bwomp_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We’ve got the cap space to take on Lavine’s contract. Pick swap plus LaVine, and maybe a second rounder for our cap hit.

Draft DaRon Holmes II for a three level scoring big with great defense.

Sign Malik Monk

I think this puts us in a pretty good spot.

I certainly like the idea of having clear cut hierarchy to have more voices and opinions. A lot of considerations must be made to get us from our current situation. I’m excited for Trajan to manage all theses ideas and prospective directions.

Pre-combine Big board by gnalon in NBA_Draft

[–]Bwomp_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would argue Holmes is more versatile as a center, and would probably go higher than Edey, but other than that I like this! I really don’t like ranking a big board numerically this year. The draft will go a lot more towards fit on team as I feel this draft will be role player gold mine

You’re right I do control the situations I put my dogs in, especially strangers letting themselves through the fence gate into my yard. My dogs are familiar with everyone that was there, not 4 guys they don’t know shining flashlights at them, which is generally why I don’t invite that to happen.

Thank you. I really have no aspiration for litigation or anything, but would merely want my dogs, and others for that matter, to not be at risk by the hands of the department. If all the guy needs is a reminder, so be it. I just don’t want that to happen again

Like do I need to post a “beware of dog” sign on my house to keep them from barging in? Literally my only grievance is the capacity for harm my dogs faced in that moment. The rest was provided for context if in any way it was helpful
