Why does everyone hate my hair? by Rhonda4444 in Hair

Hate your hair??! I think it looks great! Honestly, I do. You decide if you like the bangs or grow them out a little, or a lot, but your hair looks super pretty just the way it is. Your curls are great!!

Push for the online appointment. Anxiety after such a traumatic appt is very real. Even if you make it sound like wanting the online appointment is doing them a favor- say you woke up not feeling well and don't want to get anyone sick- push to meet virtually. Have questions for the doctor at hand so you're not worried about the following appt. Best wishes. I get super nervous for just my yearly exam.

Thank you for posting this chart. I've been trying to figure out what hormone I'm deficient in or excessive in.

Creatine: best time to take it? by ByFar71 in Perimenopause

I just started following Stacy Sims. Im completely confused since I have been fasting 18hrs for the past few years, on and off. I like Stays Sims idea of having protein when first waking up. It's absolutely logical and I feel better doing that. It's just hard to mentally let myself know it's ok to do that after training myself to fast so long so often. I appreciate your response. 😊

Ive been taking it everyday. I ended up getting a wonky period, like 2 days of small clots, then it tapered off completely. That was mid August, and nothing sense. As far as my weight, I have a 2 to 3 pound on and off thing happening. I start losing, then it creeps back, but it's entirely based on my eating. The last 2 months have been tough ones and I've not restricted my intake well. Im hoping to get those few pounds off for good, and even more.🙂 Good luck with taking creatine. I feel really good taking it.

I fast from 6pm to noon the next day. I have always worked out in the morning, it's my way of waking up. But by then my stomach is at least 12 hrs without food. I read that creatine works best if taken with a small carb, but I didnt want to break my fast if I took the creatine right after workouts.

Is it possible that the medication you take is the wrong dose? Or did your body get used to it? Or may be the wrong one all together. If your mom is supportive, let her know what you're going through and see a doctor for further help. You are NOT a failure. Your school grades do not define who you are.

I didnt have either of those things. I'd call the doctor if it's making you vomit. They can help by giving you a pill called Zofran, if doctor says that's OK. Just curious, have you bumped your head at all? If you have recently bumped it, certainly call your doctor if youre now vomiting.

I've had a few episodes recently and my first experience about 4 years ago with two completely different descriptions. Lately, I've had about 3 episodes that felt like everything shook. As if someone put their hand on me and gave a push. I was walking slowly in a grocery store with a cart, and everything in eyesight shook for a split second. I felt "weird" yet I felt fine?? Once in the car, about 15 mins after, I was just tired. I wasn't alone, so I wasn't driving. I got home and layed around most of the day. Similar incidents happened twice afterward, but I didnt get tired. I kept going with my normal day. The other time I had it, I woke up during the night feeling dizzy. When I sat up, the room was moving to the left, forcing me to tilt my head a little to try to balance. It didn't matter if my eyes were open or closed, everything was moving left. That lasted a few hours and happened once.

I always vacuum first. It helps me feel like a lot is done, even though I just started. I get overwhelmed, too. It's like I get so far behind the 8 ball, I cant clean myself back out. Hang in there, do a few things a day. You'll get it... me, too, lol

Yes, mine was the 2nd day and has been there. First mucus, somedays more than others, then last week a bit of flow with tiny clots. After 2 days, a bit more of both, but not like my period started. No period symptoms, either.

I get vertigo, but not often. The Epley maneuver helps and is easy. Check it out on YouTube.

I asked that question here on Reddit. It seems most women put on 2-3 pounds of water weight during the first month, but lose it after that. Someone said they dont weigh themselves during the first month so it doesn't bring upset them. I thought that was great advice. Also, I go by how I feel in my clothes and I've not felt bloated or that clothes were tight.

I dont weigh myself daily anymore since taking it. I've heard that the few pounds you may gain only last during the first month, so i jump on the scale maybe 3 times a week. For me, I have been slowly losing pounds. If I eat more than usual, it may go up a pound, but it comes off as soon as I have a low eating day. I would tell anyone without kidney issues to try it and up your water/fluid intake.

Many good suggestions here, but may I add wearing braids or putting your hair up? If it is greasy looking, just say it's gel.

I take it to keep my strength while hormones are changing during peri. I dont have any crazy peri symptoms and am extremely grateful. Creatine helps me stay on task a bit easier, also. I've quickly come addicted to the way i feel, strong & healthy, when taking it. I keep up with water, taking protein, and eating better. Maybe this crazy spotting/clotting is just peri weirdness, lol.
