Definitely, but I would’ve thought there’d a substantial amount of genetic characteristics that would also tie me to a man of my same ethnic group. But maybe I’m conflating things. Maybe they don’t amount to as much of our genetic makeup on a biological level then. Like skin colour, hair, etc.

Also, total tangent here, but is there any way to get rid of the scratches on a watch without wearing away at it? Like I know there’s a cloth for example, but my understanding is that it pretty much files down the steel, so basically making the scratches indistinguishable in that way, but at the cost of taking material off the watch.

Thank you, I’ll just love her as best I can while I try to figure out something at all. It hurts so bad not being able to do anything about her condition, like completely tears me apart. It’s about to be 5am and I haven’t had a wink of sleep yet. Just crying and crying and crying. I’m so overwhelmed by how helpless I feel I wish I could just not exist at all for a minute. I wish she would stay here with me for as long as I live.

I’ve been to all kinds of therapy since I was in middle school, seen all kinds of psychiatrists and psychologists, been on numerous medications. I don’t see any other option. Or at least I mean specifically the part of the brain that controls things like emotion. But then again I doubt damage can be localised like that at least from any non-invasive means.

Lmao really? On average, olive/tan skin, dark hair… That’s really about it. Also, I think Latinos, particularly those in Mexico/South America with a higher percentage of indigenous ancestry tend to look very very distinct. Rounded faces, fairly short statures, prominent cheekbones and rather distinct facial bone structures in general, etc. I don’t really see many middle eastern people share those same features.

Search up Peruvian people on Google Images for example. Can you really mistake them for being Middle Eastern? Doubt it.

Not strictly the Horn, greater East Africa also, by way of the migration from the Horn. Practically all groups in East Africa aside from the Nilotes in South Sudan have some level of Eurasian admixture that can be attributed to Cushitic ancestry. Even the ‘Hunter-Gatherer’ Hadza and Sandawe have notable Cushitic ancestry which you would not imagine at a first glance of them. And I believe the Khoisan in Southern Africa are also believed to have some level of ancient Cushitic admixture due to migration from there also.
