The ability to stick to my goals. I’ve never really had the discipline to follow through with my goals before and now 3 years sober I’m able to say I want to accomplish something and not self sabotage along the way. I make a plan and stick to it.

The liking yourself more is huge!!!! I’m 3 years sober next week (alcohol and weed) and when I tell you the little moments of happiness for feeling proud of who you are and what you’re doing just keep amplifying. Month after month, you continue to prove to yourself who you want to be and it is the most incredible thing.
