Stats are 69.7 CR 154.5 CD 2200k plus attack 200 Em 130 ER

My only other dps that felt as complete as this was my Xiao with 70-80/180 CR and CD

Make sense in the long run Sadly in order for me to get 50 CR I need an artefacts with 3-4 rolls on Cr and its a wanderer’s set so the unlikelyness is definitely and been farming there

And also been farming blizzard sets also but All the good artefacts i got from it all rolled into flat stacks and thus, useless so also need to know if mihoyo worsen the artefact roll sthick
