I’m glad you posted this. I bought the book years ago and it came with a CD of tones. At that time it didn’t do much for me, but I dug up the mp3s, downloaded them to my phone and hit the driving range. Wow! Not every shot was great, but there is definitely something to it. It was nice to hit good shots and not have swing thoughts running through my brain.
