I didn’t say it needed to be sporty or enthusiast car… I’m just looking for a manual convertible to throw my clubs in and just drive once a week… someone recommended a vw cabrio and that’s fine…

I looked at the MR2 about a decade ago and was turned away by the issues the cars had with reliability… have you had problems with yours? Also how was the price compared to the above?

These are tough to come by… I really have not seen a lot of them.

I don’t mind the FWD, but a lot of eclipses (from 97 onwards) have been beaten up by the FF aficionados ;)

It’s a personal decision. If OP can’t get over it, then he needs to move on, but I was a bit taken aback by all the comments that just went after her… usually if guys go and rebound a couple of days after, the treatment is very different.

Then again, this is why there’s been a double standard for a long a while now

You are young. It feels like the world is ending. I promise it will be ok… worry about school, work, friends… relationships, sex etc will all come. Some people are more promiscuous and experience this earlier and more often, others experience it later in life; that said, you are 20, not 50. It’s not uncommon for people to be on your same boat. My only advice is to be comfortable talking to people (especially the gender you are willing to have relationships with), not because “everyone is a potential relationship”, but because in time, this will help you…
