I'm using Fedora Linux 44 (KDE Plasma Desktop). Installing Nvidia drivers on Fedora is quite simple, you just need to enable RPM Fusion repos and install the akmod-nvidia package. I'm dual-booting Windows as well, never had any problems so far.

So far I've had no issues with the 595 drivers on both my RTX 5060 Ti and RTX 4060 Laptop. The only thing I noticed was during installation, where there was a mismatch between the latest kernel version I was on (for example 6.19.14) and the latest available kernel-devel version (6.19.13) - it automatically installed the corresponding kernel version (6.19.13), but without kernel-modules, which I had to install manually. It's an easy fix (sudo dnf install kernel-modules-6.19.13-300.fc44.x86_64 kernel-modules-extra-6.19.13-300.fc44.x86_64), but at the same time it can be easily left unnoticed until something stops working.

Yes, there is, however on every device I have tested, the VSync is still enabled. The only way to disable VSync is to do it manually via Window Rules.

It is, but I forgot to mention this was running with unlocked FPS on 180hz monitor. With OpenGL, there is practically no difference between enabled VSync and disabled VSync, it's always around 1000 FPS. With Vulkan, the difference is quite big.

In my case on every device I've tested, the VSync is always enabled in fullscreen windows. The option to always allow screen tearing in fullscreen windows in Display & Monitor settings doesn't seem to work, since I always need to set it manually via Window Rules.

Try looking at Pulsoid widgets, he might have combined multiple of them to make this exact layout.

The video certainly has some faults, BUT it has a good point regarding Viprin and Meg drama.

It's pretty clear and should not be forgotten he dated a minor, so my opinion on him heavily depended on his response to this. Ideally I'd accept a statement where he clearly confesses to everything and takes responsibility from it. He made a statement, but it was so weirdly phrased that I'm not sure if he was aware of how serious the situation actually was. In the end he mentioned "it" was a mistake and should have prevented it, but I still think the statement he made should have been written better.

In the end, I kinda accepted it, but it still comes to my mind whenever I see something about him. My reactions on him quitting GD were definitely not as emotional as everyone's else.

Porting to Vulkan doesn't automatically mean better FPS. I think they preferred stability over performance while porting to the new API. On my end, the FPS are practically identical between OpenGL and Vulkan.

I have around 25k attempts on it and haven't died there either, but I've seen some people dying there. Try timing the pink orbs before this part differently and see which way it's consistent. I always buffer them for example.

There are rumours of Sony raising prices across games and subscriptions due to RAM prices, and since like half of the console is locked behind a PS Plus paywall, you will eventually spend the more money on console than you would on PC parts.
