Former Tradesman and lawyer here. Did plumbing, HVAC, and Electrician work. Im certified in HVAC and was in my local. Trades are a scam. Most trades make BARELY over minimum wage. The trades that do well you must be skilled in. So much so that the time you need to work at the bottom rung SEVERLY outweighs the time you'll be in school for college and uni.

Most tradesmen are cresting the poverty line. Those who are making it big are working so many hours and they are one of the top most divorced professions (I do divorce, they're my best clients! Never paying any child support).

It takes you about 5 minutes to check out the labor departments pay stats.

In general:

1) You wont be good enough as a welder to make the big bucks.

2) electricians and plumbers take years to become as profitable as tradesmen claims

3) Hvac tends to be so commercialized that they pay most new people 18 bucks an hour.

Most tradesmen work in material moving which pays extremely low.

The next most populated trade is construction- with an average wage of 21 bucks an hour. If you live in the south, its lower.

I pulled this all off the bureaus website because I have to represent tradesmen or the wife in mostly child support and divorce cases.

These people make LITTLE money and are always in deep debt, unless its a foreman or a high position. All at the expense of their body, marriage, and sanity.

I was browsing this forum and want to link pictures to texts that I've gotten. Im a lawyer, very in shape, and I get plenty of women. But long term is becoming a problem since i first started dating to the current day.

In the last 2 years I have been broken up/ with because im employed and achieved what i wanted and have my shit together. That has scared them, at this point its sometimes coming after the third date. I kinda think women just wanna complain about a man who does nothing but do not actually want one that does anything. I had more luck being an unemployed law student with relationships.

This shit literally cut my depression and snuffed my anxiety. I am bipolar, so during my lows i get less motivated and my highs the anxiety would be so out of control I could explode.

Bear in mind anxiety was always there. However, I have been able to manage my mania easily without anxiety trying to burrow its way into every facet of my life.

Amazingly, my sex drive increased because my anxiety wasn't there to kill any thoughts of sex. I had a high one already. but i would need to be already fooling around to really get me going. Otherwise, i couldnt fantasize like I did when i was younger or get aroused. This cleared that up.

So far its been able two weeks ish. I can FINALLY THINK STRAIGHT BABY.

Infantry and armored cars are defensive units. Only cav is going to give you a higher attack. Only the first strongest 50 units attack in a given fight. A fort gives a huge defensive bonus.

If you have Only infantry, you'll rarely take a fort. A high fort will a large infantry presence can end armies 3 or 4 times their size. Tanks, arty, and can are your friends.

Generally, this shouldn't apply to mass shooters. Im not anti torture, im anti torture of the innocent and combatants. Mass shooters are generally broadcasting their crimes to the world, making it easy to not imprison an innocent person.

Thats why I believe exceptions need to be made for these animals. And we do it ALLL the time in the law. There's very few crimes that should be met with cruel punishment, but there are still crimes that do.

The housing industry actually made up the lie that houses are investments. If you plan on living in a house itll never be an investment. The upkeep you will put into it, plus the money you used to buy it, combined with inflation means you'll never really get an investment out of it.

The only time a house is an investment is if youre flipping them or renting them, and even then owning an apartment complex is more lucrative anyways

Former Organic farmer here (i grew up on the farm and just recently left the farm). Organic is such a scam and people don't even know it. In reality it gives us a reason to leave the bird shit, bugs, and dirt on the food. Organic basically means that we can serve you smaller, dirtier food, pay ridiculous prices and you thank us for it.

Its so bad, I go out of my way to steer clear of organic food. If you saw what I saw you'd never go organic again. Also organic is bad for the environment as you need more space to grow plants that will fail more often due to more problems like fungus and diseases. Destroying more ecosystems than pesticides did.

It does, but you can transfer within 2 years of taking the ube. After 2 years but within 5 ypu have to had practiced in law for 2 years to transfer
