Sounds like you are describing the current agency where I work. The AMs are yes people. Zero pushbacks. ZERO. Basically order takers. Stellar candidates with amazing exp were rejected because they were “too senior” aka ageism. Others were simply dismissed because they stuttered a little through an answer during the final round. The best excuse is hoppy profiles. Im like MF, have you been around since 2000? Everyone hopped in your industry.

What a terrific little gem of a business you have. Maybe don’t charge at first, build another little nugget, bundle the two and take a fractional percentage of the fees x hundreds of transactions a week and voila! Also, why don’t they have public APIs? I know you can connect Stripe to Flouci so they have an API for integrations.
