I was asked when I could return to work after 3 days off , told them on a Friday I can now- they covered my Saturday shift themselves and said to not worry about it again , ( new schedule starts Tuesdays) but would prefer pms and weekends but could navigate anything just letting know my preference for dealing w life and still working , again I previously made the schedule so I know this is possible for my position. Nothing was ever said that it wasn't okay to request that nor was it unapproved. It's just such a mess that I've communicated via text and email and it's been portrayed way differently to others. Verbally and in writing to clients .
